Assumption of Risk & Liability Release

Assumption of Risk: I acknowledge that volleyball training involves inherent physical risks including muscle strains, sprains, joint injuries, contusions, and in rare cases more serious injuries. I voluntarily accept and assume all such risks on behalf of my athlete.

Release of Liability: In consideration of my athlete's participation in Zuma Volley training sessions, I hereby release and forever discharge Zuma Volley LLC, Coach Josh McKell, any assistants, and any facility used for sessions from any and all claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with my athlete's participation in any Zuma Volley training activity. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless all released parties from any third-party claims arising from my athlete's participation.

Photo & Video Media Release

Zuma Volley may document training sessions through photography and video for use on social media, the website, and marketing materials. If you consent, the following rules apply without exception: your athlete's full name will never be disclosed in any public post or caption. No school name, last name, or personally identifying information will be published. You may request removal of any published content at any time.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

Rates: Single Session $65 · Monthly Pack $240/mo (4 sessions) · Quarterly Pack $220/mo (4 sessions/mo, 3-month commitment).

Payment: Venmo (@ZumaVolley). Payment is due at the time of each session unless a monthly or quarterly package has been agreed upon in writing.

Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice forfeit the session fee. Cancellations with 24+ hours' notice may be rescheduled at no charge.

Late Arrival: Sessions begin at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will not receive makeup time unless Coach agrees otherwise.

Code of Conduct

My athlete and I agree to conduct ourselves respectfully toward Coach, other athletes, and any facility. Coach reserves the right to end a session or terminate the coaching relationship without refund if conduct is disrespectful, unsafe, or disruptive. The ZUMA Standard — Zeal, Unity, Mastery, Accountability — applies to every session.
